frequently asked questions
How long are the workouts?
Workouts
last usually between 30min – 60min. Insisting on workout out for a full
hour is not always smart. You can achieve great results with a short
workout. Our emphasis is on quality and not quantity. The workouts are
short but intense – definitely not too easy!
How do I know if those workouts are for me?
Every
person has his/her own approach to getting and staying in shape.
We respect all methods, as long as they work and are beneficial. We
train all people at all levels of fitness, our goals is to help you be
active and injur free. You are welcome to contact us by phone to
discuss whether our program is what you are looking for.
What if we can’t workout at my house?
You have a few options:
- We can work out in a public outdoor space, such as a park.
- We can also schedule Personal Training at a local gym.
What if I don’t have equipment?
No problem! The trainer will bring equipment to you regardless of your
location. This may include medicine balls,
rings, bands and more...
If you would like to purchase your own equipment to work out while you
travel, we highly recommend getting equipment from Monkey Bar Gym
(http://www.monkeybargym.com/). They have
inexpensive portable equipment that you can take anywhere.
What if it is too expensive for me?
- You
might try asking some friends to join you for group training. The more
people in your group, the lower the per person training fee for
everyone. Many people find they have more fun and are more
motivated to work harder when they are in a small group of
friends. You can also support each other in working out on your
own!
