Private Training

This is just you and the trainer. The workout
could be anywhere (a gym, your home, a playground, a park, your office..) in the East
Bay area. The program will be designed to
your needs and goals.

Rates 1 session  $80,  10 sessions: $650

Family/Friends small group training

This is a group that you have put together, up
to 4 people. The workouts will be designed for
the needs and goals of each individual in the
group. The group could consist of children as well.

Rates:  1 session: $120, 10 sessions: $800

Semi Private Training

This is personal training that is supervised in a group up to 4 people. We will schedule a time
and location with, where other people that are interested in semi private might join. Each
person in the group will get his own designed workout. This is a great option if you would
like to get personal training but you would
like to lower the expenses and cannot create
your own group.

Rates: 1 session: $40, 10 sessions: $300

Group Classes

New!! Free Classes During June and July, 2008!

We are currently offering group classes at Willard Park. You are welcome to try our classes for free.

Everyone in the class will be doing the same workout, and will be scaled to your level.

Equipment

When you workout with us, we provide all the
equipment, however, if you would like to get
your own equipment that you will be able also
to workout by yourself, check out the Monkey
Bar Gym equipment.

“I’m a 45 years old woman,
and I’ve been working out
with Shira for over a year. Being physically active has never been
part of my life. When I started
working out with Shira doing 5 sit
ups was a challenge. What a
difference a year makes! Today
I run, do sit ups, push-ups,
and lift weights- to name a
few things. Shira is my true
inspiration. She is patient, yet

to run, lift and move my body in

feel my body. I love admiring

got home late, and I was
actually able to carry my
9 and 10 year old sleeping
daughters up three flights of
stairs- and my breathing
barely changed!

Workouts with Shira are different
every time- never boring.  She is
open to doing (mostly) stuff I
enjoy, working out at the park
or in my house.  However, the
best part of working out with
Shira for a non-jock like me is
that the workouts are short
20 minutes tops!!!

People who see us working out
at the park think of me as a jock.
